Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
As these are deliciated products, we cannot accept returns, and refunds are not issued. Please take the time to research your purchases carefully before you buy.
We do not accept cancellation
Lost or Damaged Items
We will replace any product free of charge if it is lost or damaged in transit but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the items (for damaged goods claims).
Simply take a photo of the damaged or faulty product and email it to us along with a description of the problem: firstname.lastname@example.org
From there we will follow up with an email or phone call and when approved we will reship your replacements free of charge.
Non-US customers are responsible for customs and import regulations within their own country. We will not be held responsible for import tariffs, import fees, or customs seizures in non-US territories.
